Knees to Chest: Hug your right knee towards your chest, enhancing the stretch across the left hip.
Using the Strap: Next, loop the strap around your right foot, extending the leg up to the ceiling. Press gently into the strap, engaging your hamstring, and hold for five breaths.
Switch Sides: Repeat the process for your left leg, ensuring the same mindful practices are applied.
