As the practice draws to a close, take a moment in a seated position to reflect on the sensations within your body.
Shoulder Rolls: Lift your shoulders towards your ears, then let them roll back and down to release built-up tension.
Mindful Awareness: Spend a few moments being present with your breath before gently opening your eyes.
