Part 5/7:
Standing Forward Fold and Pelvic Tilts
Transition into an all-fours position, which will take you up into a standing forward fold. Bend your knees generously and let your fingertips touch the mat or wrap your arms around opposite elbows. This pose alleviates pressure on the sciatic nerve and allows for gentle swaying from one side to the other.
Once you've absorbed the sensations here, lower back onto all fours. Engage in slight pelvic tilts, gently rocking your tailbone. This minor motion is effective for relieving pressure and tension in the lower back.
