Return to a centered position before allowing your feet to find each other again. Squeeze your glutes, lifting your hips gently off the ground for a few breaths, and then lower them back down to release.

Closing Your Practice

Finally, transition back into a comfortable seated position, resting your hands on your legs and closing your eyes. Take a few more deep breaths, allowing yourself to reflect on how your body and mind are feeling after the practice.
