To begin the practice, participants are guided into Child’s Pose, an excellent position to foster relaxation. As the chest sinks towards the knees, deep breathing allows the practitioner to tune into their body, facilitating a mental body scan to reveal tension and resistance areas in need of gentle care. This connection with breath and body can set a solid foundation for a healing journey.
Once settled, practitioners are encouraged to engage in gentle movements, slowly transitioning side-to-side, promoting stretching while remaining conscious of any pain points.
