To begin, lie on your back with your knees bent. If your lower back is particularly sensitive, keep one leg bent and extend the other straight out. Gently pull one knee towards your chest while keeping your head relaxed. Rotate your ankle in both directions to promote mobility. This counts as one repetition on that side. Switch legs and repeat this process. Aim for 3 to 5 repetitions on each side.
