Flowing Through Twists and Stretches
Begin with gentle chest movements:
Inhale and push your chest forward while arching your back.
Exhale, rounding your spine and bringing your chin to your chest.
Performing this sequence several times helps to engage your spine gently.
Now, raise your arms overhead, place one hand on the ground, and stretch laterally towards the opposite side. Ensure your body is relaxed, avoiding any strain. Allow yourself to melt into the stretch, inhaling deeply and then exhaling to release tension.
