Moving Through Bridge and Pigeon Variations
After spending time in pigeon pose, shift into a supine position and set up for bridge pose. Draw your heels close to your glutes, grounding your feet. As you lift your hips, remember to engage your shoulder blades beneath you for added support. This pose aids in aligning the spine and releasing lower back tension.
