Core Activation and Transition into Rest
As the practice nears its conclusion, one final core activation exercise targets the transverse abdominis. Participants are prompted to push their feet forward while maintaining a stable spine, engaging the deep core muscles. A sense of challenge is coupled with encouragement to breathe deeply and stay present with the sensations in their bodies.
