Gentle Movements: Opening Up the Body
Starting from a seated position, practitioners are guided through a sequence of stretches designed to awaken the body. Using deep breathing, participants raise their hands skyward, experiencing a full expansion of the lungs and the body. Side stretches follow, with movements that open the hips and sides of the body.
