Gentle Movements on the Back
Transitioning to lying on the back, the class initiated gentle motions that helped ease tension in the hips and lower back. Participants drew their knees into their chests, rocking side to side. This motion encourages relaxation and begins to open the lower back area. Lesle emphasized an interactive approach to the movement, encouraging students to make circles with their knees.
