Once the legs were sufficiently stretched, participants transitioned into seated postures. The options included crossing the shins or extending one leg back into Pigeon Pose. This segment emphasized deeper stretches for the hips while maintaining awareness of alignment and avoiding any discomfort in the knees. Lesle softly encouraged those in discomfort to honor their bodies by choosing alternate hip-opening variations.
