The investigation led to a potential eyewitness, referred to as Nathan, who had once been employed as a guard at the property. From him, BBC Africa Eye gathered chilling details of his experiences. He described tortures taking place under the command of Alexis Ndayikengurukiye—known as Nkuroka—who allegedly oversaw the site, enforcing brutal interrogations and overseeing executions.
