Part 3/6:

  • Frame 2: Strike (X) → 10 points plus the next two throws.

  • Frame 3: Spare (7/3) → 10 points plus the next throw.

  • Frame 4: Open frame with 5 and 2 → 7 points.

When calculating the score:

  1. In Frame 1, the score is 10 (for the strike) plus what you roll in frame 2 and 3.

  2. Frame 2 brings in 10 from the strike, and assuming the next frame also nets 10 for a strike, that leads to 20 points altogether just from the first two frames.

  3. Following frames will continue to sum based on the scoring protocols of strikes, spares, and open frames.

By tallying each frame's score, players can get a running total throughout the game.
