These lawsuits allege "science fraud," and one case even reached the Supreme Court in 2009. The legal representatives, Richard and Mike, were prompted to reflect on why this matter has not garnered more attention in the ensuing years and why organizations associated with 9/11 research, such as Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, have remained tight-lipped regarding these cases.
