To streamline the process, the instrumentation software was adjusted to visualize power input against temperature output. By fitting an equation to model this curve, the computer system calculates the power output. The vital task is then to subtract the input power from this output to quantify the excess power generated by the Challan e wire.
However, this straightforward calculation comes with caveats. Changes in input power lead to delays in temperature adjustment within the cell, causing potential miscalculations in excess power generation. Notably, there have been instances where temperatures achieved by the wire exceed anticipations, suggesting that the previous correlations established with other wire types might require revisions.
