Installation Process
During the assembly process, proper alignment and placement of the thermocouple are paramount. A marker is used to ensure that the thermocouple aligns precisely with the outer casing of the assembly.
To secure the thermocouple in place, high-temperature aluminum felt is utilized. This felt not only holds the thermocouple securely but also plays a crucial role in preventing air exchange. By avoiding air infiltration, the felt eliminates convection cooling, thereby ensuring the core remains at a consistent temperature and enhancing measurement accuracy.
