The outcome revealed a consistent trend: the magnets configured in repulsion fell the slowest. Following closely were the individual magnet, which exhibited a moderate fall speed, while the magnets in attraction dropped the fastest.
The Subsequent Drop Tests
The second set of experiments incorporated 5/8 x 1/2 inch N42 neodymium magnets. As the magnets dropped simultaneously, the viewers were engaged by the rapid descent of the magnets.
The results echoed those of the previous tests—the magnets in repulsion continued to show the slowest fall, the individual magnet demonstrated a middle pace, and the magnets in attraction remained the fastest.
