Part 3/7:
In 1970, Hutchison opened a gun museum in North Vancouver, and by 1998, he became an advocate for anti-gun control alongside prominent figures including Prime Minister Joe Clark. His efforts culminated in a significant victory in 1979 when he successfully challenged gun control laws in Canada, leading to changes in the regulations concerning firearms.
The Hutchison effect, a phenomenon where various objects can levitate or undergo unexpected physical changes, was discovered in 1980 and gained traction with the help of notable supporters, including members of the U.S. Army Intelligence. By the mid-1980s, his work was attracting the attention of significant figures, including leaders of government and scientific communities across Canada, the United States, and even Liechtenstein.
