The boat, previously secure at the dock, was now at risk of drifting sideways across the river, threatening not only its own stability but also nearby vessels. The captain, dedicated to documenting the chaos, expressed frustration and concern about the unfolding situation, remarking repeatedly on the unbelievable nature of the circumstances.
