The object in question appears to be a component of a target designation apparatus. In my collection, I have multiple such items, primarily composed of brass. The one in the screenshot seems to be configured differently, possibly due to its operational state or purpose. Based on its size—approximately 50 pounds—it is lighter than my personal system, which weighs around a thousand pounds. The brass handle attached to it is used for firing—an essential feature for aiming and operation. I have similar brass handles, often accompanied by rotating mechanisms.
