- Adding Purity and Enhancement Components:
- Additional chemicals such as potassium nitrate (approximately 4.5 g) and an extra 2.1 g of potassium nitrate are incorporated to optimize conductivity and plating quality.
- Incorporating Brightener and Surfactant:
A small amount of proprietary brightener is mixed into Container A to improve surface finish and shine.
A surfactant, about 1 g, along with 100 ml of distilled water, is prepared separately to facilitate even distribution of chemicals and prevent surface tension issues.
- Final Dilution:
- The concentrated solution is then diluted with an additional 300–350 ml of distilled water, ensuring the electrolyte has the correct viscosity and ion concentration for effective electroplating.
