Why Are These Vulnerabilities Still Present?
One of the most astonishing aspects of this situation is that many of these vulnerabilities are not new. Over a span of 30 years, manufacturers of small-office/home-office (SOHO) routers, like ASUS, have repeatedly failed to address fundamental security flaws in their firmware and software.
Common vulnerabilities include:
