Several speakers emphasized the importance of providing tools and interfaces that educate users on secure practices without overwhelming them. Douglas highlighted features like high-fee alerts, which notify users of suspicious transactions, and user-friendly navigation resembling familiar devices like Nokia phones, to reduce onboarding friction.
Inverted added that onboarding should be quick and straightforward, with backup methods that don't require extensive technical knowledge. The goal is to make self-custody accessible while maintaining high security standards.
