Now that your lower range is strengthened, it’s time to tackle those higher notes effectively. Many singers experience strain when they reach for high pitches, so we will utilize a unique exercise called the "bratty nay" sound. This technique thins out the vocal cords and assists in connecting your voice through various pitches.
Use a rising octave scale—sing "nay" (as if calling a neighbor) up three notes and back down. Remember, don’t aim for perfection; focus on the quality and consistency of your sound.
