Applying effects in Ableton can be done directly on a track or through send/return effects. For instance, if you want to apply Reverb to a hi-hat track, simply drag an effect onto the track or use a return track configured to handle Reverb effects.

By familiarizing yourself with the essential hotkeys, you can enhance your workflow significantly. Some key commands include:
Command + S

Importing Sounds into Your Project
There are three primary methods to bring sounds into Ableton:
