Multiple reputable sources have analyzed the potential connection between prenatal exposure to Tylenol and the risk of autism. For example, research from Johns Hopkins University has indicated that children exposed to high levels of Tylenol in the womb are over three and a half times more likely to be diagnosed with autism later in life. Similarly, a systematic review conducted by Harvard scientists examined 46 studies and found consistent associations between acetaminophen exposure and autism diagnoses.
