Soft Skills and Hard Skills: The Same Fundamental Framework
Both soft skills (like patience, charisma, or confidence) and hard skills (like technical typing or data entry) are skills that can be taught—but soft skills are often more conjugated in bundled language, making them harder to teach directly.
To improve soft skills:
