But upon closer examination, its largest stones weigh around 600 pounds—far less impressive than the massive blocks of the Great Pyramid of Giza or the Moai heads of Easter Island. He classifies it as a pyramid based on a loose definition involving terraces, but critical analysis shows it to be a natural hill with some modified terraces, not the conical, carefully constructed pyramid Hancock suggests.
