Negotiating With Yourself
Treat your schedule as a negotiation with a responsible partner rather than a tyrannical taskmaster. For example, "I will work for an hour and then reward myself with 15 minutes of leisure," creates a balanced approach. Even if you aim for 70% accuracy, that’s superior to doing nothing at all, and gradually, you can increase your effectiveness.
