- Flour Coating: Dredge a chicken breast in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess. 
- Egg Wash: Next, immerse it in the egg mixture, ensuring it’s thoroughly coated. 
- Panko Coating: Finally, place the chicken in the Panko mixture. It’s best to use your hands to press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken for an even and generous coating. 
- Repeat these steps for remaining chicken cutlets, making sure each one gets a good coating of all components. 
Cooking the Chicken
The chicken can be cooked in two main ways: by baking or pan frying. While both methods yield delicious results, pan frying is preferred for achieving a crisp, golden crust.
