Boxable operates a sprawling 170,000 square foot factory in Las Vegas, where they manufacture their innovative homes. The assembly process begins with creating wall panels made from multiple layers laminated together, ensuring precision and durability. These homes, referred to as “Casitas,” are cleverly designed to fold up for transportation, allowing them to be shipped highway-legal at a low cost. With their assembly-line approach, Boxable aims to produce homes at a rate comparable to automobile manufacturing, targeting about one house every four hours.
