The situation escalated quickly. The rental owner sought to track the cars and discovered the Lamborghini was inside a body shop with significant front-end damage. It was clear that something had gone horribly wrong, yet the 612 Scaglietti's tracker had mysteriously stopped working, leaving its whereabouts unknown.
