Analo began by discussing the BGI Constitution, which is conceptualized as a participatory framework rather than a finalized set of rules. It aims to provide mechanisms for fair governance related to AGI and address the ethical implications of evolving technologies. Drawing from a background in constitutional law as well as systems thinking, Analo emphasized the need for living constitutions—documents that evolve in tandem with social and environmental realities, rather than being static.
