Tesla Begins Manufacturing Model Y Juniper
Tesla has officially commenced production of the highly anticipated Model Y Juniper, with manufacturing sites located in China, Germany, and the United States. Customers can now place orders for this new variant across the globe, including in America, where the initial pricing starts at approximately $60,000.
This cost, however, poses a challenge for Australian buyers, where the equivalent price point nears $100,000 due to exchange rates. Interestingly, the long-range variant of the Model Y is priced more competitively in Australia, mostly because the U.S. version comes with significant upgrades that are offered at an additional cost.
