With over 10 million college students graduating each year, and with advanced degrees outnumbering undergraduate degrees, the job market for PhD holders has become increasingly saturated. Shockingly, the employment rate of graduates hovers around 50%, and many of those secure low-wage jobs, often in positions that do not align with their qualifications.
