The curing process is not only about waiting; it involves maintaining optimal conditions for the concrete to gain strength. After approximately 24 hours, significant hardening occurs, transforming the concrete into a solid form ready for further processing. The empty spaces created during the design allow for easy assembly of multiple concrete pieces, working like a giant puzzle.
Moving forward, operators cut any excess steel threads and prepare the concrete slabs for initial finishing. A crucial step to keep in mind is maintaining cleanliness throughout the process, removing any debris or leftover materials from the workspace.
