The earth-moving site is bustling with machinery. Landmark utilizes a variety of excavators, including three primary types to manage the heavy lifting. The Hitachi 1200, with a sizable 10-yard bucket, operates side-by-side with John Deere 870s, which are fitted with 8-yard buckets—both working in tandem to transport soil effectively. Meanwhile, the Kamatsu 1250, the largest excavator on site, also employs a 10-yard bucket.
As operations evolve, new ramps are cut to facilitate smoother routes for the trucks, demonstrating the dynamic nature of the project as earth continuously changes beneath our feet.
