The Settling of the Storm
As the initial chaos begins to calm, the individual enters a critical phase: assimilation. Just as a shaken snow globe eventually settles, the mind and body also require time to process the influx of insights received during awakening. This period can stretch for months, leaving individuals in a state of limbo, desperate to regain purpose yet unsure of how to proceed.
Initially, it might feel as if doing nothing is the best course of action, a way to allow the new truth to emerge organically. However, this approach can inadvertently become a form of resistance, as individuals may find themselves stagnant in the flow of life.
