Although Mike Westhoff has never held a head coaching position in the NFL, he brings with him a wealth of experience and respect earned from years of service, particularly with the Jets and most recently with the Denver Broncos. His departure from coaching was due to health concerns, specifically vision issues, but this has not diminished his passion for the sport and for the Jets organization.
