Delving deeper into the critique of radical postmodernism reveals an alarming tendency to undermine logic itself—a move compared to presuppositional apologetics typical of some religious ideologies. Both forms of discourse appear to engage in circular reasoning, attempting to validate their arguments while simultaneously negating the foundations of rational thought. In this view, radical postmodernists, by rejecting objective truth and the legitimacy of logic, paradoxically affirm the validity of those concepts by their need to argue against them. This acknowledgment leads to a self-defeating logic, where one cannot deconstruct logic without employing it simultaneously.
