Part 3/7:
After last week's installation of a French drain around the perimeter of the tiny house, changes in the weather have provided an immediate test of its effectiveness. Surprisingly, the drain performed even better than anticipated, absorbing excess water that otherwise could have posed a serious moisture problem.
However, a minor mishap occurred when the downpipes meant to lead water away were inadvertently misaligned after a storm hit immediately following installation. Despite the initial chaos created by rushing to correct the condition under the rain, it's reassuring to see that the drainage system is functioning effectively.
