Part 2/11:
Zoroastrianism is frequently recognized as one of the oldest organized religions, with its origins often traced back to Zarathustra—known as Zoroaster in Greek. Scholars have debated the exact date of his life, with estimates ranging from the middle of the second millennium BC to around 500 BC. However, linguistic evidence seems to favor an earlier date, approximately around 1500 BC, placing Zarathustra's poetic teachings, known as the Gathas, among the oldest religious literature available.
