Despite modern challenges, including demographic decline due to conversion pressures during Islamic conquests and globalization, Zoroastrianism has managed to preserve its core beliefs and practices. Estimates suggest approximately 100,000 Zoroastrians currently exist worldwide, with resurgence efforts underway to reinvigorate interest in their teachings, customs, and communal identity.
