As prices steadily increase, so do the expectations of guests who expect to receive a quality experience for their money.
The management struggles are further highlighted when guests are faced with situations involving critical park elements, such as ride refurbishments. Unlike past practices, where maintenance would happen off-stage or with minimal disruption to the guest experience, the current state of affairs seems chaotic. Guests nowadays witness visible construction and unfinished attractions, diminishing the immersive experience that Disney prides itself on.
