Once completed, the South Station Tower will rise to 678 feet, encompassing 1.1 million square feet of mixed-use space. The design, led by P. Clark and Partners, incorporates over 700,000 square feet of office space and around 300,000 square feet designated for 166 luxury residential condominiums. The building will also feature a parking podium with retail spaces, office facilities housing notable tenants like the Jones Day law firm, and the Ritz Carlton Residences, promising high-end amenities.
