Surprisingly, research indicates that about 30% of HSPs are extroverted, highlighting the diversity within this group. Furthermore, the belief that sensitivity is predominantly a feminine trait also fails under scrutiny, with men comprising around 50% of the HSP population. In many societies, the notion that men can be both sensitive and strong is still alien, often leading to emotional suppression or misunderstanding.
