Interestingly, the complaints about Gen Z’s work style do not only come from older generations. Even Gen Z hiring managers confess to the challenges they face in managing their peers. A survey revealed that a significant 45% of hiring managers found Gen Z to be the most challenging generation to work with, and shockingly, even 50% of Gen Z managers agree with this assessment. This statistical revelation brings forth an irony: despite sharing the same generational identity, many Gen Z individuals struggle with their work practices and expectations.
