Devastating Storms Claim Lives and Cause Havoc Across the South
Over the past weekend, a catastrophic storm system swept through the southern United States, resulting in the tragic deaths of ten individuals, including at least nine in Kentucky alone. This severe weather brought with it heavy rain and flash flooding, wreaking havoc on roads and homes, downing trees and power lines, and leaving hundreds of thousands without electricity. In addition, a winter storm affected the Midwest and Northeast, leading to widespread flight delays and cancellations across the region.
