Part 1/7:
The Confusing Season of the Golden State Warriors
The Golden State Warriors have had a rollercoaster of a season, starting with a promising 12-3 record that quickly plummeted into confusion and inconsistency. With a record hovering around .500, the Warriors have become one of the most puzzling teams in the NBA this year.
Despite having the perennial superstar, Steph Curry, the team's direction has been murky, with no clear second scoring option to alleviate the defensive pressure on him. Although Andrew Wiggins has had his moments in scoring, his output has not deterred opposing defenses, which continue to prioritize limiting Curry's shots over everything else. This strategy leaves the Warriors in a perilous position where winning games becomes exceedingly difficult.
